The Service Club for the Blind is a non-profit 501(c)3 Private Foundation that serves blind and legally blind people in St. Louis City and County, Missouri.
We offer two types of services: membership and client assistance.
Membership includes various social activities such as lunches, game days, entertainment, guest speakers, etc. It also includes a healthcare program that covers vision, hearing and dental issues.
Client assistance provides monthly grocery cards and some utility payments.
We have limited capacity for new members and clients because we do not receive any federal or state funding and depend entirely on donations. We have a waiting list for both services. To apply for assistance, you need to fill out an application and submit the required documents.
The Service Club for the Blind welcomes volunteers and donations to help more blind people live independently.
